The founder and owner, Marry Alpha Ferrer, is a licensed and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with the license number: R710014. She joined and became a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in May 2022. Marry Alpha Ferrer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts majoring in Criminal Justice from Mount Royal University and a Diploma in Immigration Consultant from CDI College. Aside from managing her immigration consulting firm, Marry also works as an Administrator for a non-for-profit organization that advocates for accessible mental health support for the public. For more than a decade, Marry is an avid volunteer to several immigrant-serving agencies in Calgary such as the Calgary Immigrant Women's Association and Calgary Bridge Foundation which strengthened her passion and dedication to serving in the immigration sector. Marry has many experiences working with immigrants and helping them with their immigration applications.

Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
We help business owners find employers to fill the labour shortage that the Canadian workforce can not fill. The first step to hiring a foreign national is to get a positive LMIA from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). We help employers apply for LMIA including recruitment, advertising, and application submission. Once approved we also handle the processing of work visas for your foreign employers. We take care all of the requirements and applications from start to finish so you can focus more on your business
